Our process is designed to get your project off the ground as quickly as possible while meeting all your needs and expectations. We'll be here every step of the way — from conception to completion — to keep you fully informed and in the loop.
In-Home Consultation
Next, we'll meet with you in person to discuss your ideas and understand your vision. Bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards, and any wish-list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream space. We'll offer ideas of our own, answer any questions or concerns you may have, talk through pricing, and set clear expectations for what comes next.
Design & Selections
Before construction begins, we take care of a few important items. You'll complete our Design Contract and review the Scope of Work so there are no surprises. We'll also personally accompany you to selections meetings with our featured vendors, so you can make first-hand choices on finishes and materials. Our goal is to take all the guesswork out of project costs — and we'll do exactly that.
Construction Contract & Construction Begins
We keep you in the loop every step of the way. You'll receive login credentials to our online project portal where you can track the schedule, view progress photos, submit new requests, monitor expenses, and stay on top of upcoming payments. Have a question or concern mid-project? Reach out directly through the portal and we'll respond right away. We also hold weekly in-person meetings to review project progress together.
1-2-10 Warranty
Before we begin construction, there will be a few items of business to knock out. We'll have you fill out our Design Contract, and also make sure you have a solid understanding of the Scope of Work. During this time, we will also personally attend selections meetings with you, taking you to our featured vendors for first hand selections. We want you to have all the guesswork taken out of the costs associated with your project, and we will do just that with you.
