Step 2

In-Home Consultation

Next, we want to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to show us your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream space. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing, and determine what to expect moving forward!

Step 3

Design & Selections

Before we begin construction, there will be a few items of business to knock out. We'll have you sign our Professional Services Agreement and also make sure you have a solid understanding of the Scope of Work. During this time, we will also work to finalize all permits.

Step 4

Construction Contract & Construction Begins

We want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You’ll also be able to stay on top of expenses and when your payments are due. Have any questions or concerns during the project? Easily contact us through the portal and we’ll get back to you right away. We will also be meeting weekly to discuss project progress in-person.

Step 5

1-2-10 Warranty

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise with your home after we leave.
